During the healing process, do you ever feel like you're stuck in the mud with your tires spinning?
You've done so much work, but you feel as if you're still stuck in those old patterns and you can't seem to break them?
I'm here to tell you that it's NOT your fault, that everything you've experienced in your life, good or bad, up to this very moment has shaped who you are today.
I often speak about the nervous system, which is so important to understand as you are navigating those patterns that are keeping you from moving forward.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The good news is, the nervous system is neuroplastic, which means it is constantly growing and changing based on our experiences, and with the right support we can begin to reshape it and go from protection to connection.
We want to be wired for connection, because that is the sweet spot where we're able to experience healthy, intimate relationships
The nervous system does not like change, so that's where having a guide, someone who can help you with strategy and support comes in, someone who can hold your hand as you implement what you've learned and hold space for you as you move through the healing process.
I'm here to tell you that it is never too late to do the work. It's never too late to open up and allow yourself to receive the love you SO deserve.
With Compassion,
Cassandra Solano, LCSW
