Not help you live your best life ever. Be in a happy relationship. Live your purpose. Connect with spirituality.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Just keeping you alive. This part of the brains motto is “but did you die??” No? Then stay in that meh job, that unfulfilling relationship, those old coping mechanisms, because they’ve kept you alive this long right?
So what part of your brain is calling the shots in your life? My primal brain did for 30 years. And getting support was key for me to find safety and connection that I needed to get my Adult or Higher self in the driver's seat and make soup aligned decisions in life.
